Duplicate payments: If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same service, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount.

Processing errors: If there is an error in processing your payment that results in an overcharge or incorrect amount being deducted, you may be eligible for a refund of the excess amount. Service cancellation: If the service for which you paid fees is cancelled or terminated by us, you
will be eligible for a refund of the fees paid for the cancelled service.

2. Refund Procedure

2.2. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the request is approved. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

3. No Refund Policy Exceptions

3.1. Fees paid for services rendered, including but not limited to administrative fees, processing fees, and convenience fees, are generally non-refundable.
3.2. No refunds will be provided for fees paid for services that have already been rendered or completed.
